The HOA is hosting a fun Easter Egg Hunt at the community park on Hedgewood and would love for everyone to come out!

We’ll have:
🥚 Easter eggs for the kiddos
🎨 Simple crafts
💛 A great chance to meet neighbors and hang outBring your kids, bring a basket, and come enjoy a relaxed afternoon at the park with the community!
This is a perfect opportunity to get out of the house, let the kids have some fun, and connect with neighbors you may not have met yet
😊Feel free to invite other neighbors — the more the merrier!
Community Garage Sale, April 18-19!
We’re hosting a neighborhood-wide garage sale on Saturday & Sunday, April 18–19, and everyone is invited to join in!
Participate however it works for you:
• One day or both days
• Morning, afternoon, or all day
• Totally flexible — no set hours!
If you’d like to be included, please submit your address using the Google Form below, and I’ll create a map of all participating homes to share in local groups so we can hopefully bring more shoppers into the neighborhood!
This is a great way to clean out, make some extra cash, and have some fun with neighbors!
Quick Note:Per City of Waxahachie guidelines, each home is responsible for obtaining their own garage sale permit.
Permits can be requested through the city by simply emailing bcservices@waxahachie.com

📣 HOA Community Meeting – Thursday the 26th at 6PM
We’ll be holding our next HOA meeting this Thursday at 6:00 PM. The meeting is run by the HOA Board, but all residents are welcome and encouraged to attend.
This is a great opportunity to stay informed, hear updates, and be involved in what’s happening in our neighborhood.

PHASE I & PHASE II — WE WANT TO ROLL WITH YOU!

Get ready to jingle and roll! We’re hosting our first-ever combined community Jingle Wheels Parade, and we want YOU (and your kiddos!) to join the fun!
This is an amazing opportunity for both communities to come together and spread Christmas cheer for the kids and residents in our neighborhood!
Bring any wheels — bikes, scooters, wagons, strollers… if it rolls, it rolls!
Deck them out in lights, tinsel, bows, or full-on Christmas magic and ride with us in a cheerful parade through both neighborhoods!
📍 Starting Point: Rose Ct. cul-de-sac in Phase II, the route will safely pass through both neighborhoods
☕🔥 After the parade: Hot cocoa & s’mores for everyone!
🎅✨ All ages welcome — totally free — just come enjoy the holiday fun!
Let’s make our streets sparkle and kick off the Christmas season together! If not in the parade, please join us on the route and wave as we pass by! The kids are going to LOVE it!
